United Kingdom is a sovereign state which is well developed and has seventh strongest economy of f the world. There are several reasons behind the success of this sovereign state of which one is strict laws and regulations. The country which does not have proper laws, regulations, stable government, political stability and rules cannot succeed or cannot have strong economy. Most of the countries have laws, rules and regulations but they are not followed, implemented and monitored properly and this leads to the downfall of economy is all perspectives. The government of United Kingdom has established stringent civil and company laws and regulations which should be followed by all individuals of United Kingdom and those who will break them are answerable to the judiciary. Individuals cannot debate in court themselves; they have to hire UK barristers who will speak on behalf of the individuals. They are sometimes known as legal advisers.

UK barristers are the practitioners of the law, they study and practice the laws as their profession and they represent the individuals in court. People have a wrong perception about UK barristers and solicitors because they think that the both are the practitioners of law and they both have the same duties. The major difference between the work of solicitors and barristers is that the solicitors cannot speak on behalf of their client in court where as this duty lies under the profession of Barristers. Solicitors are in more direct contact with their clients, they can sign legal contracts on behalf of their clients, they can send legal letters to the opposition party where as UK barristers does not do all these tasks. Giving legal advices also lies under the job of barristers. Legal advisers assist in providing advices regarding all legal issues whether domestic or international.

Legal advisers expertise in all area of laws and can provide their services in the light of law on all types of legal matter. Some of the areas of law that are covered by legal advisers are debt, immigration, crime, clinical negligence, mental health, community care, personal injury, housing, public law, family and welfare benefits. There are many more areas of law on which they provide legal advices which helps people to decide whether they should go further or should back step from certain matters.

It is very much possible that the individual, group of people or companies may have same barrister and adviser or they can pick from random UK barristers and Legal advisers. Sometimes its beneficial to give this task to same person so that the barrister stays In touch and is updated about the legal contracts and issues of the company which reduces the time taken if any problem arises.
